Shipping cost

We charge €6.90 per order, regardless of the number of items.

From an order value of €250.00 we ship free of charge.

Delivery time

Usually 2–4 working days from receipt of payment or from confirmation of your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. For items the distributor does not have in stock, we will get back to you with a specific date.

Delivery area

We deliver within Germany. For deliveries to Austria or Switzerland please contact us in advance.

Setup

For register hardware you can choose in the cart whether you set it up yourself or we deliver it ready to use. If you already own the hardware, book a remote installation appointment.

Returns

Your right of withdrawal and the return costs are set out in the withdrawal policy.
