Appointments: who is where, and when

An appointment has a title, start time, optional end time and location, and can be linked to a job and an employee. Status: planned, done or cancelled.

Warning, not a block

If an employee is scheduled for an appointment while already needed elsewhere or on leave, Livo warns — but does not stubbornly block it, because some overlaps are intentional (a quick stop in between).

Tied to the job

An appointment linked to a job shows up again on the job page — nobody has to maintain two places to know when someone was at a customer's site.

No automatic sync with Google or Outlook calendars — the appointment lives in Livo, not mirrored into an external calendar.
