Files: photos and documents on the job

Files are tied to exactly one purpose: site photo, defect picture, document or company logo/other — and usually also to a job or a document. That way you find a picture through the job, not a folder tree.

No general file storage

Livo is deliberately not a document management system with a free folder structure — there is no general storage for arbitrary documents without a job or document reference. Contracts, delivery notes or other PDFs without that link have no place today.

What is structured

Your own documents (quotes, invoices) are searchable by document number and customer name — not a replacement for a DMS, but it covers everyday document lookup.
